Who is Radio-Mart?

My name is Martyn Allison (K4TEC). I am the sole owner of Radio-Mart. I began buying and selling on e-Bay in 1999.  I have always been easily accessible to my customers and try to provide them with the very best used equipment out there. My Ham Radio career began when I was only 10 years old so I have been doing this for a while.

Your pictures are GREAT! But I would like to see them in an even higher resolution. May I request them?

Absolutely. We offer a high resolution picture service. I have a FULL service photo studio. I use a professional camera that takes the BEST possible pictures of what we have to offer our customers.

Do you purchase estate equipment?

Yes. We work closely with the friends & families of those who have passed on. We try to make this part of the process as least stressful as possible. We DO understand loss, and the questions that it brings. We know how hard it is to go thru the shack of the person they shared so much of their life with. And we devote a LOT of time & consideration to those left behind.

Do you have a physical storefront?

Fortunately, we do not. I have many friends & competitors that have physical stores. They cannot give the QUALITY of customer service to their customers that we CAN give to ours. Having a physical store is VERY demanding and costly. We make only a slight profit on our equipment, and sometimes a lot of time, money, skill is needed in repairs to some units. So, we would not be able to take such care if we had the responsibility of a physical store. That being said, YOU as the customer, have complete access to the owner ANYTIME. Just send an email, or give us a call! We’ll be happy to assist you in any way humanly possible.

Why did Radio-Mart leave e-Bay?

We found our association with e-Bay to be counter-productive. The demands put on us as Power Sellers AND the NUMBER 1 seller of Ham Radio equipment on e-Bay were too much. Our customers mean WAY more to us than just an “invoice number”. We did not have the time to dedicate ourselves to our customers. This, combined with their excessive fees, made this decision, EASY despite having over 18,000 positive sales and reaching "Top Rated Seller" status on our spares account.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We ship everywhere EXCEPT Belgium & France. The reason for this is due to customs in Belgium & France seizing equipment, even if it is CE approved.
